About Jennifer

I am Jennifer Knight: owner, illustrator, and textile designer behind New Wing Studio in Charlottesville, Va.  My passion is enriching lives with thoughtfully designed, beautiful items that bring joy.  Simply said, I desire to “send a little happy into the world.”  I do this by creating unique gifts, stationery, and home goods like aprons, napkins and kitchen towels, which all showcase my original hand-drawn designs.

As a mom, I have learned there are times when you just need to make someone laugh and other times when you need to make someone feel known, deeply loved, and encouraged.  I delight in making stationery products that span this spectrum.  I hope you find something just perfect for yourself or someone you love in our store.
